Sizzling Pepper Griddle- Kenny & Vaviel Orr have cooked peppers in different ways for years and love the flavor of the Jalapeno. They have tried the pickled and canned peppers, but always preferred the fresh ones. In their griddle the fresh Jalapeno takes on a new and exciting spicy, yet milder roasted flavor. Combined with the sweetness of the cheese and the saltiness of the tortilla chips, you will find yourself addicted. Upon adding salsa or sour cream, there are no boundaries. Remember to use caution or you just might skip a meal to enjoy a full griddle of cheese-filled Jalapeno peppers.
