Peanut Butter Fudge Cookies
1 18 oz. Roll Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough
˝ Cup Peanut Butter
Prepared Chocolate Frosting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the cookie dough with the peanut butter just until swirled. Press teaspoonfuls of dough into greased mini cupcake pans. Bake about 12 minutes. Cool. When slightly cool make an indention in the center of each cookie. Remove from pans to wire rack. When completely cool place a teaspoonful of frosting in the center of each cookie.
Makes about 36 cookies.
