| | Heat oven to 350. Place macaroni in a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, tomatoes, cheese, carrots, green pepper, onion, salt, and pepper. Stir mixture into macaroni. Bake uncovered 1-1/4 hours. |
