6 cups cooked pasta or macaroni 2 small bags salad shrimp 2 small cucumbers, thinly sliced 2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half 1/2 cup red onion sliced thinly 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1 1/2 cups Italian dressing | | Mix in a large bowl until coated. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serves 8 or 4 with leftovers. |
