2 cups boiling water 8-oz cream cheese, softened 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk 1 (8oz) container Cool Whip In a bowl, dissolve jello in water. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add the hot jello mixture, beating on low speed until smooth. Stir in the milk; fold in the Cool Whip. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for 4 hrs. or until firm. Yield: 10-12 servings. |
