Chunksickles

5 empty juice drink boxes (8.45 ounces each)
1 1/2 cups cold half and half or milk
1 package (4 serving size) vanilla flavor instant
pudding and pie filling
1 envelope instant cappuccino mix, any flavor
1 tub (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping
2 squares (2 ounces) semi sweet chocolate, chopped
2 squares (2 ounces) white chocolate, chopped
1 cup toasted slivered almonds
5 wooden Popsicle sticks

Emtpy and rinse the juice drink boxes. Cut 1" off the top of each box. Pour the cold half and half into a large bowl. Add the pudding and capuccino mixes. Beat with a wire whisk for 1 minute. Gently stir in the whipped topping. Stir in the chocolate chunks and almonds. Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared boxes. Insert a wooden
stick into each box. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight until firm. To serve, dip each chunksicle in hot water for 10 seconds. Carefully
slide the juice box off and set the chunksickle back into the freezer to firm up the outside. Wrap leftover chunsicles in plastic wrap and
store in the freezer. Makes 5 chunksicles.
