5 cups sugar 1 can evaporated milk 2(8-ounce) package chocolate chips 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup nuts(optional) Place butter, sugar, milk in pan: cook to soft ball stage, stirring constantly.Remove from heat; add chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts. Beat until stiff and candy loses it gloss. Pour into buttered pan. Allow to cool. Pan Size 8" x 11". |
