Cheesy Holiday Eggs

12 teaspoons half and half
12 eggs
pepper to taste
12 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded
6 teaspoons fresh Parmesan cheese, grated

Spray a 12 cup muffin pan or 12 custard cups with non stick spray. Place one teaspoon half and half in the bottom of each pan or cup then break an
egg into each. With kitchen food scissors, cut crosswise through each egg yolk. Sprinkle with pepper. Top each egg with one Tablespoon cheddar cheese and 1/2 teaspoon Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Loosen eggs with rubber spatula and slide onto a warmed plate.
