2 cups sugar 1 cup International Delight Hazelnut 3/4 cup butter 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon almond extract 2 cups chopped hazelnuts In sauce pan, heat sugar, butter, ID and baking soda. Stir frequently until it reaches a soft boil. Remove from heat, add extract and nuts. Drop spoon sized amounts on waxed paper, let set. Store in airtight container. |
