3/4 cup mayonnaise 3 tablespoons oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1/3 cup onion, peeled and diced 1 cup celery, diced 1/4 cup pitted ripe olives, chopped salt and black pepper to taste Cook the pasta in boiling water for 7 to 8 minutes or until it is cooked-through but still firm. Rinse under cold water. In a large serving bowl, mix together all remaining ingredients well, and add the rinsed and cooled pasta. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. |
