3 ounces regular or reduced calorie cream cheese, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/8 teaspoon salt 6 teaspoons no-sugar-added fruit spread, assorted flavors 1 egg 1 teaspoon cold water Combine butter and cream cheese in a large bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Blend in vanilla. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to butter Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Roll out half of dough on lightly floured pastry cloth or board to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut with top of glass or Makes 2 dozen
