Thousand Island Dressing

1 1/2 quarts mayonnaise
3/4 cup pickle relish
3/4 cup ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar

Mix all together and refrigerate. Makes about 2 quarts.
