1 cup water 3/4 cup uncooked long-grain rice 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon pepper 4 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a shallow baking dish mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper. Place chicken breast halves on the rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper. Cover and bake at 375 degrees until done. Contributor's note: I have made this dish for a potluck meal and doubled the ingredients. It turned out great. |
