3/4 c cocoa 1 c cornstarch 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 ts vanilla 3/4 c cream, beaten stiff Chocolate pieces (optional) Blend together milk, cocoa, cornstarch and sugar with a fork. Place in double-boiler and cook until very thick. Add vanilla; cool until very firm. In a large bowl, beat chocolate mixture with mixer until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Add chocolate pieces if desired. Refrigerate overnight. |
