Draw around the cookie cutter onto the lightweight cardboard. Cutout the shape. Tape the cardboard to the back of the cookie cutter. Fill the cookie cutter with nuts or candies as desired. Leaving treat laying flat, slide the
corsage bag around the cookie cutter and tie a ribbon bow around the open end of the bag.
