4 cups cooked rice 1 c. Velveeta cheese 1 10.75 ounce can cream of chicken, or cream of mushroom, soup 1-2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (to taste) Combine meat, rice, Velveeta, and soup while hot and stir until cheese is melted. Spread into baking pan (no smaller than 9x13) and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Heat in a 350 oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy! Serves 6-8. |
