8 frozen round waffles, thawed 1 qt chocolate ice cream softened 1/2 c mini marshmallows 1/2 c hot fudge sauce 8 maraschino cherriesWarm waffles according to pkg directions; while they are still warm, gently fold each in half, like a taco shell. Place them in a 7 x 11" baking dish, squeezing them into 2 rows so that they retain their shape. In a large bowl, combine the ice cream and marshmallows until well mixed. Place 2 small scoops of the ice cream into each "taco shell". Spoon fudge sauce over the ice cream and top each with a cherry. Cover and freeze til firm.
