1 1/2 Cups dried cilantro
1/4 Cup garlic powder -- (1/4 to 1/2)
1/2 Cup dried chopped onion
1/2 Cup dried sweet pepper flakes
2 Tablespoons salt

TO SERVE:
For a spicy salsa, blend 2 Tablespoons salsa mix with one 10 ounce
can diced tomatoes and green chilies. For a mild salsa, blend 2
Tablespoons salsa mix with one 14&1/2 ounce can stewed tomatoes that
have been finely chopped. Serve salsa with chips. For a spread, blend
2 Tablespoons salsa mix with 1 cup softened cream cheese and serve
with crackers. Refrigerate all prepared mixtures overnight to allow
flavors to blend.
