whire whisk. Store the mix in an airtight container.
Chocolate Truffle Pound Cake
Serves 8
3/4 cup butter or margarine
5 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package Chocolate Truffle Pound Cake Mix (see above)
Preheat oven to 325. Butter an 8- to 9-cup Bundt pan. In the large
bowl of an electric mixer, cream the butter until it is smooth. Add
kthe eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add the milk
and vanilla, and beat the mixture until it is thoroughly blended. Add
the Chocolate Truffle Pound Cake Mix and continue to beat for 3
minutes until smooth. Pour into prepared Bundt pan, and bake for 1
hour and 5 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out
clean. Cool for 25 minutes in the pan. Remove from then pan and cool
on wire rack.
