1 lb. of ground beef, lean
onion dices, the amount to your own liking and taste
salt and pepper
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 large can of sweet corn, whole kernel
1 large package of egg noodles
1 large package of shredded cheese, your choice (I use either pizza cheese, taco cheese, or
shredded cheddar: they're all delicious in this dish)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; spray a light coating of non-stick cooking spray on the bottom of a
medium-sized casserole dish.

In a dutch oven or large pot, break up the ground beef, much like you do for chili, then add the
onion, salt and pepper, bell pepper and sweet corn, drained.

Cook on medium until beef is thoroughly browned, stirring every so often.
While browning the beef mixture, cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain when
tender.

Drain off grease from the beef, then return ingredients to dutch oven.
Add the tomato sauce and let simmer for fifteen minutes.

Pour the beef and sauce mixture into the casserole dish, and spread evenly. Top with the egg noodles
and spread the shredded cheese over the top.

Cook at 350 for approximately thirty minutes, or until the cheese is nicely melted.
