Taco Dip

2 Avocados, ripe
2 cans Bean Dip (or 1 can refried beans)
1 can Black Olives, chopped
8 ounces Sour Cream
1 pound Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 bunch Green Onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 packet Taco Seasoning
1 large Tomato, chopped

On a platter or baking sheet, spread bean dip as first layer. In a small
bowl, mix the 2 avocados (peeled and sliced) with lemon juice until they
form a paste. Spread as second layer. In a small bowl, mix sour cream,
mayonnaise and taco seasoning (1/2 packet if you like less flavor) and
spread as third layer. Layer tomatoes, onions and olives on top of this,
and sprinkle with cheese. Serve with Tortilla chips as an appetizer.
