Pizza Milano Serves 6-8 1 3/4 cups flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2/3 cup milk 1/4 cup oil 1- 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. oregano, crumbled dash of salt 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced 1- 8 oz. pkg. low moisture part-skim Mozzarella cheese ------------------------------ Heat oven to 425F. Combine flour, baking powder, & salt; add milk & oil. Stir with fork until mixture forms a ball. Knead about 10 times on an unfloured surface. Roll dough to fit a 14" pizza pan. Combine tomato sauce, oregano, & salt; mix well. Spread over crust; top with pepperoni. Sprinkle with cheese; bake at 425F, 15-20 minutes. Variation: omit pepperoni. Top pizza with 1- 3 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained, & 2 small zucchini, sliced, before sprinkling with cheese.
