Tempting Tuna Bake Serves 6-82 T. margarine 2 T. flour 1 1/2 cups milk 1/4 tsp. salt dash of pepper 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese 4 oz. spaghetti, cooked, drained 2- 7 oz. cans tuna, drained, flaked 1/3 cup sliced ripe olives 1/3 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted --------------------------- Heat oven to 350F. Make white sauce with margarine, flour, milk, & seasonings. Add 1 cup cheese; stir until melted. Stir in spaghetti, tuna, olives, onion, & nuts. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole; bake at 350F, 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; return to oven until cheese melts. Note: May be made ahead, covered & refrigerated overnight. Remove cover & bake at 350F, 55 minutes.
