Mostaccioli Serves 6-81/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cups (1 lb. can) tomatoes 1- 6 oz. can tomato paste 1/2 cup water 1 bay leaf 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 8 oz. mostaccioli noodles, cooked, drained 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese spread, thinly sliced grated Parmesan cheese ---------------------------- Heat oven to 350F. Brown; meat; add green pepper & onion. Cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water & seasonings. In a 2 quart casserole, layer half the noodles, meat sauce, & Velveeta; repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F, 30 minutes.
