South-Of-The-Border Casserole Serves 4-61 lb. ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 2- 8 oz. cans tomato sauce 1 T. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 12 tortillas (8 oz. pkg.), cut in half 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese --------------------------- Heat oven to 325F. Brown meat; drain. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in tomato sauce & seasonings. Alternate layers of meat mixture, tortillas, & cheese in 1 1/2 quart casserole; bake at 325F, 20 minutes.
