1 pack taco mix 1 28 ounce can tomatoes 2 boil in bag packages of minute rice 1 can cheddar soup 1/2 cup milk Brown beef, add taco mix and tomatoes. Cook rice. In 13 X 9 inch casserole dish, layer meat mixture then rice. Mix milk and soup and pour over that. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. |
