2 boxes (3 1/2 oz. size) pistachio instant pudding 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup milk 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine, softened 5 eggs Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend in all ingredients, in large mixing bowl, on LOW speed until moistened. Mix at MEDIUM speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into pan(s) and bake immediately. Bake at 350 degrees (325 degrees for dark pans) in greased and floured pans. two 9"....................40 to 45 minutes Contributors notes: This is a fine moist cake that stays moist for days. |
