1 can of cream of mushroom soup (can use cream of chicken soup) 8 ounces sour cream 1 box of stuffing mix (prepared according to directions on box) Mix soup and sour cream together. Spread on bottom of 9 by 15 inch pan. Sprinkle the boned chicken on top of this mixture evenly. Arrange the prepared stuffing mix on top. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes. |
