1 cup matza meal (can be obtained in kosher food section of most grocery stores) 1 tsp each : garlic powder, paprika, oregano salt and pepper to taste soy sauce Mix together on a plate all the dry ingredients. Put soy sauce on a separate plate. Dip rinsed and dried chicken pieces in soy sauce then in dry mixture covering all sides.. Place on a rack over a baking pan, cookie sheet, or other that has sides. Cover loosely with aluminum foil, bake at 350 F for about one hour, Uncover and bake for another 1/2 hour. |
