1/3 cup apricot preserves 2 envelopes dry onion soup mix 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1 package egg noodles In a bowl, combine dressing, preserves and soup mix. Place chicken in an ungreased 13 X 9 inch baking dish; top with dressing mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minute or until chicken juices run clear. Cook egg noodles, drain. Serve chicken and sauce over noodles. |
