2 cans creamed corn 1 onion 3/4 pint sour cream 2 cups grated cheddar cheese 2 Tablespoons milk 2 eggs 2 Tabelspoons butter Chop onion and saute in two tablespoons butter. Mix cornbread mix, milk, creamed corn, and eggs in a bowl. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Spread sour cream over mixture and sprinkle onions and cheddar cheese over it. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. |
