1 package Instant Pudding Mix -- Pistachio flavor 3 Eggs 1 cup Vegetable Oil 1 cup Club Soda 1/2 cup Nuts -- chopped In a large bowl, blend all ingredients in order given. Beat for 2 minutes, then pour into a greased and floured Bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes. Invert onto a plate, and remove from pan. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before slicing and serving. |
