Pizza Hash From Wisconsin

1 can (1 pound) corned beef hash, chilled
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded American Cheese
1 (8 ounces) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup (3 ounce can) chopped mushroom, drained
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut hash in 6 slices; arrange in 11x7x1 1/2" baking dish. Sprinkle American cheese over hash. Combine tomato sauce, mushrooms, garlic salt and oregano; spoon over hash. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Great with a garden salad.
