1 can mushroom soup 1 can celery soup 1 1/2 cups milk 1/2 envelope dry onion soup 1 frying chicken (cut in pieces) Grease a baking pan, 8 x 12 inches. Sprinkle dry rice over bottom of pan. Heat soup with 1 1/2 cups milk. Mix soup with rice. Lay pieces of chicken on it and then sprinkle dry onion soup over chicken. Seal pan with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Pork chops may be substituted for chicken. |
