Casserole Special Serves 61 lb. ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1- 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 cups (12 oz. can) whole kernel corn, drained 1- 2 oz. jar pimiento, drained, chopped 1 tsp. salt dash of pepper 1 can (9.5 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits ----------------------------- Heat oven to 375F. Brown meat; drain. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in cheese & soup; mix well. Add corn, pimiento, & seasonings; pour into 12X8" baking dish. Place biscuits around edge of baking dish; bake at 375F, 20-25 minutes.
