Chocolate "Philly" Mousse Serves 8-101- 4 oz. pkg. chocolate pudding & pie filling mix 1 3/4 cups milk 1 tsp. instant coffee 1- 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed ---------------------------- Combine pudding mix, milk & instant coffee in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to full boil, stirring constantly. Add cream cheese; beat until blended. Pour into 1 quart mold. Place waxed paper on surface; chill until set. Unmold; garnish with whipped cream, if desired. Variation: Substitute 2 T. brandy or white creme de menthe for instant coffee.
