El Rancho Casserole Serves 6-81 lb. ground beef 1 cup chopped onion 1- 7 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni 3 1/2 cups (1 lb. 12 oz. can) tomatoes 1 1/2 cups (12 oz. can) whole kernel corn, undrained 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese spread, cubed 1/2 cup water 1 T. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper --------------------------- Brown meat; drain. Add onion & cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover & simmer, stirring occasionally, 30-35 minutes.
