4 egg whites
tube of Saltine crackers
1/2 cup sugar
pecans
cool whip

Beat egg whites and sugar until peaks form. Crush saltines and chop pecans, fold in gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spread cool whip on top...It's delicious
