Creamy Cocoa Cheesecake Serves 10-121 cup graham cracker crumbs 3 T. sugar 3 T. margarine, melted * * * * * * 2- 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 3/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs * * * * * * 1 cup dairy sour cream 2 T. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla ----------------------------- Heat oven to 375F. Combine crumbs, sugar, & margarine. Press onto bottom & sides of 9" spring-form pan. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, cocoa, & vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour mixture over crumbs. Bake at 375F, 30 minutes. Remove from oven; cool for 15 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 425F. Combine sour cream, sugar, & vanilla. Carefully spread over baked filling. Return to oven; bake at 425F, 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim from pan. Chill.
