Lasagne Serves 6-81 lb. ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1- 6 oz. can tomato paste 1 1/2 cups water 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. pepper 8 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked, drained 1 lb. ricotta or cottage cheese 2- 6 oz. pkg. low-moisture part-skim Mozzarella cheese slices 1/2 cup (2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese ------------------------------- Heat oven to 375F. Brown meat; drain. Add onion & cook until tender. Stir in tomato paste, water, garlic, & seasonings; cover & simmer 30 minutes. In a 12X8" baking dish, layer half of noodles, meat sauce, ricotta cheese & Mozzarella cheese; repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375F, 30 minutes.
