Sunny Scalloped Potatoes Serves 4-65 cups sliced potatoes 2 T. flour 1 tsp. salt dash of pepper 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese spread, cubed 3/4 cup milk 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 T. pimiento strips ------------------------------- Heat oven to 350F. Coat potatoes with combined flour & seasonings. Place in 12X8" baking dish. Heat Velveeta & milk over low heat; add green pepper, onion, & pimiento. Pour Velveeta sauce over potatoes. Bake at 350F, 50 minutes or until potatoes are done.
