Perky Peas 'N Potatoes Serves 63/4 cup milk 1- 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1- 1 lb. can small whole potatoes, heated, drained 1- 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, cooked drained ---------------------------------- Heat milk & cream cheese over low heat, stirring until smooth. Add Parmesan cheese & onion salt; mix well. Add vegetables. Pour into serving dish; sprinkle with additional Parmesan, if desired.
