Swiss Souffled Beans Serves 61/2 cup chopped onion 2 T. margarine 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup milk 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1- 10 oz. pkg. frozen cut green beans, cooked, drained 1 cup (4 oz. ) shredded Swiss cheese ------------------------------- Cook onion in margarine in 8" skillet until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover & cook over low heat 15 minutes. Cut into wedges; serve immediately.
