6 large baking apples
1 cup mincemeat
3/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
whipped cream cheese

Heat oven to 375F. Core
apples. Pare wide strip
around each apple. Place
apples in shallow baking pan.
Fill centers with mincemeat.
Combine syrup, water, &
cinnamon. Pour over apples;
bake at 375F, 45 minutes or
until tender, basting
occasionally with syrup. Top
with whipped cream cheese.
