Halibut with Lobster Sauce Serves 61/2 cup dry breadcrumbs 2 T. grated Parmesan cheese 6 - 1/2 lb. halibut steaks 1/4 cup margarine, melted * * * * * * 2 T. margarine 2 T. flour 1 cup milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1- 7 1/2 oz. can lobster, drained, cut in chunks 2 T. chopped green onions 2 T. chopped parsley 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 T. sherry ------------------------------- Heat oven to 400F. Combine crumbs & cheese. Brush halibut with margarine; coat with crumbs. Place in greased 12X8" baking dish. Bake at 400F, 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Make white sauce with margarine, flour, milk, & salt. Add lobster, onion, & parsley; heat thoroughly. Stir in cheese & sherry. Heat. Serve over fish.
