Cheddar Cheese Pie Serves 62 cups (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 T. flour 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1 1/2 cups milk 3/4 cup diced cooked ham 1/4 tsp. salt dash of pepper 1- 9" unbaked pastry shell ---------------------------- Heat oven to 350F. Toss cheese with flour. Add eggs, milk, ham, & seasonings; mix well. Pour into pastry shell; bake at 350F, 1 hour.
