Alpine Chicken Casserole Serves 64 cups diced cooked chicken 2 cups sliced celery 2 cups toasted bread cubes 1 cup salad dressing 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 tsp. salt dash of pepper 1- 8 oz. pkg. Swiss cheese slices, cut in thin strips 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted ------------------------------ Heat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients except nuts. Pour into 2 quart casserole; sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350F, 30-40 minutes. Note: This can be made ahead, covered & refrigerated over- night. Bake, covered, at 350F, 50 minutes. Remove cover; continue baking 10 minutes.
