Yankee Cheddar Steak Serves 41 lb. round steak, 1/2" thick 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper oil 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 1- 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese ---------------------------- Heat oven to 350F. Cut steak in 4 pieces. Combine flour, salt, & pepper; pound into steak. Brown in oil. Place in 12X8" baking dish; cover with onion & combined tomato sauce & garlic salt. Bake at 350F, 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; return to oven until cheese melts.
