Pleasin' Green Peppers Serves 66 green peppers 1 lb. ground beef 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 1/2 cups (12 oz. can) whole kernel corn, drained 1 cup chopped tomato 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese spread, cubed ------------------------------- Heat oven to 350F. Remove tops & seeds from peppers; parboil 5 minutes. Drain. Brown meat with onion; drain. Add corn, tomato, & salt. Stir in Velveeta, reserving 1/2 cup. Spoon mixture into peppers; top with reserved Velveeta. Place peppers in 12X8" baking dish; bake at 350F, 25 minutes.
