Savory Meatball Supper Serves 41 lb. ground beef 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. basil, crumbled dash of pepper all purpose oil 1 1/2 cups milk 1- 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. onion salt hot cooked noodles ------------------------------- Combine ground beef, bread- crumbs, egg, salt, 1/4 tsp. basil, & pepper; mixing well. Form into small amount of oil on all sides in skillet; drain. Heat milk & cream cheese over low heat, stirring until smooth. Add Parmesan, onion salt, & remaining 1/4 tsp. basil; mix well. Pour sauce over meatballs; simmer 10 minutes. Serve over hot noodles.
